Allow build pass by disabling test. Isolated issue to
test_sockets.py::TestAIOSockets::test_sock_close_add_reader_race.
This test is supposed to be skipped, but it isn't for some reason,
so we disable it instead.

for full details. Don't know why this test isn't properly skipped.
According to https://repology.org/repository/nix_unstable/problems, we have a
lot of packages that have http links that redirect to https as their homepage.
This commit updates all these packages to use the https links as their
homepage.
The following script was used to make these updates:

* As mentioned in https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/67492
the build was broken after an update of openssl versions.
* Fixes a flake8 unit-test case that requires a flake8 config
which is not shipped with the distribution.
* Fixes build on darwin.
