Revert "Merge branch 'staging-next'"
This reverts commit 41af38f372, reversing
changes made to f0fec244ca.

Let's delay this. We have some serious regressions.

Fixes build error: undefined reference to `GifQuantizeBuffer'
that was most likely caused by giflib update in 3605f1285
ABI tracker didn't show removal of this symbol - I don't know,
perhaps we have different build setting, or something.

Here I found no NEWS, ABI tracker seems OK - only minor
incompatibilities in -private headers. Mono stuff builds now.

gtk3.setupHook: clear icon-theme.cache in preFixup
Packages often run gtk-update-icon-cache to include their icons in themes’ icon cache. However, since each package is installed to its own prefix, the files will only collide. For that reason we are removing the icon-theme.cache from applications.

Previously, we did that in hicolor-icon-theme setup hook but, since it is actually gtk3’s utility that creates the cache, we thought it would be appropriate to let its setup hook handle the clearing.

Dima 044f771d59 libressl: fixing nc for version>=2.9
This addresses https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/68286

When `-R` (CA file location) is not specified, nc tries to fall back to
a default location. In 2.8 this was still configurable at compile time,
but was changed somewhere after. This replaces `/etc/ssl/cert.pem`
with `${cacert}/etc/ssl/cert.pem` in the code directly.

For a discussion of this, see https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/68456

Milan Pässler 94af997d40 qt5.12: Add patches for QTBUG-73459 and QTBUG-69077
QT 5.12 introduced a regression, where a QT program wouldn't show its
tray icon, if there was no tray bar during program startup. (QTBUG-73459)

QT 5.12 introduced a regression, where qtwebengine applications would
freeze in some wayland compositors if a surface from the instance was not
visible (for example having a qutebrowser window on another workspace in
sway would freeze all qutebrowser windows).

Both got fixed already in Qt 5.12.4, but according to #57042 and its
sibling issues/PRs it doesn't seem to get fixed in near future for
nixpkgs.

This *probably* also fixes a minor CVE-2019-15133 #68563 (DoS only).
(I couldn't find a good reference quickly.)

The changelogs are almost only bugfixes, and ABI tracker also looks OK:
https://abi-laboratory.pro/?view=timeline&l=giflib
so I gather this is suitable for direct push to nixpkgs staging-next.
I built several reverse dependencies locally.

The build was broken failing on unneccessary memsets.
This issue was fixed upstream in 3.7 and discussed in
https://github.com/zeroc-ice/ice/issues/82

The patch pertaining to the error causing the actual failure still
applies nicely onto the 3.6 version.

Dima 6f1ad0676f qtwebkit: fixing build / reducing build log size
GCC 8 introduced a new type of warning `-Wclass-memaccess` which
is included in `-Wall`. This warnings spits out *a million* of warnings
like the following:

```
[...]
/build/source/Source/WTF/wtf/Vector.h:128:15: warning: 'void* memcpy(void*, const void*, size_t)' writing to an object of type 'class WTF::RefPtr<WebCore::TransformOperation>' with no trivial copy-assignment; use copy-assignment or copy-initialization instead [-Wclass-memaccess]
         memcpy(dst, src, reinterpret_cast<const char*>(srcEnd) - reinterpret_cast<const char*>(src));
[...]
``
Logs demonstrating the issue:
https://hydra.nixos.org/build/100205478/nixlog/1
While I don't think disabling warnings is the best way to deal with this,
there is alrady precedent for this package and I don't feel confident enough
to either patch or bump this package.
Please view this as a low-friction sub-optimal suggestion in case nobody else
has a better fix.
The provided patch doesn't apply cleanly on sundials_3 (no
SundialsTesting.cmake, SundialsAddTest.cmake containing trailing
whitespaces inside context), so for now we just disable tests for
sundials_3 - scikits-odes plans to move to sundials 4 anyways - see
