cmigemo: pull upstream fixes for parallel build
Without the changes build fails on parallel build as:
make[1]: Entering directory '/build/cmigemo'
gcc -O2 -Wall -fPIC -o build/object/charset.o -c src/charset.c
Assembler messages:
Fatal error: can't create build/object/charset.o: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [compile/unix.mak:33: build/object/charset.o] Error 1 shuffle=1655929862

treewide: with stdenv.lib; in meta -> with lib;

meta = with stdenv.lib;
is a widely used pattern. We want to slowly remove
the `stdenv.lib` indirection and encourage people
to use `lib` directly. Thus let’s start with the meta
field.
This used a rewriting script to mostly automatically
replace all occurances of this pattern, and add the
`lib` argument to the package header if it doesn’t
exist yet.
