Sergei Trofimovich 8cba3775d8 paml: add -fcommon workaround 
Workaround build failure on -fno-common toolchains like upstream
gcc-10. Otherwise build fails as:

    ld: /build/ccKomtcd.o:(.bss+0x4544): multiple definition of `SeqTypes';
      /build/ccx7EsgU.o:(.bss+0x2a0dfdc): first defined here
